It has been quite some time since we last posted. Of course, by now, the entire site should have been re-constructed but we have experienced many changes behind the scenes. I assure you, we have not forgotten about Mixed Remnants. This site is an important part of the growth of the Fiber Art Calls for Entry family. Nonetheless, we must sally forth.
We re-open Mixed Remnants with the first of many (we hope) fiber-related artist interviews. Contributor, Melva Hightower, conducted an interview with Bren Ahearn, an artist we featured on Fiber Art Calls for Entry several months ago. I'll leave the details to Ms. Hightower's intro which follows this post.
